IMPORTANT INFORMATION
FOR
BEACH CLUB HOTEL

  • All room occupants must be at least 21 years of age or accompanied by parent or
    legal guardian.
  • Minimum stays may be required during certain time periods.
  • Rooms cannot be guaranteed by room number.
  • The hotel provides parking for only one vehicle per room
  • The Beach Club is a smoke free hotel. A designated smoking area is provided
  • Sorry, no pets are allowed.

PRICING:

  • All Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice
  • A one night’s deposit is required on regular daily reservations.
  • Room rates are based on 2 adults in room.
  • Extra persons in the room, 12 years of age and over + $10.00 per night, plus tax.
  • Air Mattresses are available at a cost of $10 per night (limit 2). Pack & Plays are free.
  • Special Packages require a 50% deposit.
  • Senior Citizen Discounts are available May 2 to June 20, & September 2nd to Closing

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT:

  • Check-in time for rooms is approximately 2:30pm.
  • Check-out time 11:00am
  • Check-in time for Apartments is approximately 3:00pm. Check-out time 10:00am

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Room cancellations require a minimum of 7 days notice in writing (letter, fax or email) in
    order to receive a refund, minus a $25 service charge.
  • Date changes also require a minimum of 7 days notice and incur a $25 service charge.

PENTHOUSE and STUDIO:

  • Penthouse and Studio are rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
  • Senior Citizen discount is not available on apartments.
  • Breakfast is not included in Studio or Penthouse reservations.
  • Penthouse reservations require a 50% deposit.
  • Penthouse Cancellations require at least 90 days notice in writing (letter, fax or email) in
    order to receive a refund minus a $100 service charge.
  • Date changes for the Penthouse also require a minimum of 90 days notice and incur a
    $100 service charge
  • Penthouse and Studio reservations can be made by telephone only. Please call 609-399-8555.
  • Studio reservations require a 50% deposit.
  • Studio Cancellations require at least 30 days notice in writing (letter, fax or email) in order to receive a refund minus a $50 service charge.
  • Date changes at the Studio also require a minimum of 30 days notice and incur a $50  service charge.

  • The Suites provides parking for only one vehicle per unit
  • This is a No-Smoking property. No designated smoking area is provided.
  • Sorry, no pets are allowed.

PRICING:

  • All Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice.
  • A one nights deposit is required when making daily reservations.
  • Rates are based on a maximum of 6 in suite.
  • Air Mattresses are available at a cost of $10 per night (limit 2). Pack & Plays are free.
  • Special Packages and weekly rentals require a 50% deposit
  • Senior Citizen Discounts are available May 2nd to June 20, & September 2nd to Closing
